Rancho Guejito Weddings

Where do we even begin! Choosing Rancho Guejito as our venue was truly the best decision we could have made. The property itself is absolutely stunning, but what really sets it apart is the incredible team behind it. Nicole, the venue manager, is beyond talented at what she does, and on top of that, she’s such a genuine, kind person that makes you feel like you’ve gained a friend through the process. From touring and booking, to wine tasting with Adam (their wine is incredible!), to the wedding day itself, everything was seamless. Nicole was always so responsive to my questions, and she made us feel supported every step of the way. The venue itself is so thoughtfully designed, our hair and makeup team raved about the spacious, beautiful getting-ready suites and said the layout was absolutely perfect. On top of that, I can’t tell you how many of our vendors mentioned how much they love working with Rancho Guejito. Everything about the venue is vendor-friendly, which made the day run so smoothly. Our friends and family were blown away by the beauty of the space and how flawlessly everything came together. We owe so much of our dream wedding to Rancho Guejito, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We’d pick this venue over and over again if we could! (We’d attach more photos if we could but we don’t have our full gallery back yet & are just so eager to tell everyone how amazing this place is!!❤️)

Our October 2025 wedding at Rancho Guejito was flawless, and we're so thankful to Nicole and the whole Rancho Guejito staff for making sure it was the perfect day! Over the year in which we planned our wedding with Rancho Guejito, communication was quick, informative and always made sense. I always felt like Nicole and the Rancho Guejito staff were apart of our wedding planning team verses just a vendor we exchanged emails with every so often. From the open houses with vendors, to the wedding wine tasting and every email in between, we felt so supported by Rancho Guejito while planning and through our wedding weekend! And not to mention the grounds are stunning, and the Terrace Venue is an absolute dream, and the getting ready suites are incredibly spacious!! I would recommend this venue to my best friend, and will 1000% recommend it to you reading this review right now (yes you!) as well! It was truly the perfect day-- thank you Nicole and the Rancho Guejito staff!!!

Rancho Guejito is the perfect outdoor wedding venue! The views are absolutely breathtaking rolling hills, open skies, and stunning natural scenery that make every photo unforgettable. The venue itself is beautiful, and the staff are amazing, attentive, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Our wedding day felt magical thanks to this incredible setting and the wonderful team that made it all run smoothly. We can’t recommend Rancho Guejito enough!

The BEST WEDDING VENUE. 2 months later and I cannot stop reliving my wedding in my head. Thank you Rancho Guejito. Nicole, we love you!! She answered my texts and emails right away every single time. She drove us up and down on our wedding day to get the perfect shots. I mean - the BEST. The reception, the ceremony, the getting ready suite. Everything I imagined on my wedding day to be. Rancho Guejito Vineyard is a top-notch experience! I recently had the privilege of documenting and capturing Savannah & Tyler’s epic Wedding Day at Rancho Guejito Vineyard! Let me tell you—this place is nestled in a remote valley, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and the staff is truly ride-or-die! Coming from a native San Diego Professional Photographer! Usually, I lean into the best parts of working at a venue, but here, the staff matches the energy of the heart-stopping ceremony site and outdoor reception area. This place rocks on every level—its beauty, the endless epic photo opportunities, and did I mention the staff? The staff rocks! I worked with Nicole and Jennifer, and they were amazing. They went all out for the Bride, a guiding light at every turn. We were in sync from the very start! No matter where we were on the timeline, everyone’s priority was what was best for the Bride and Groom! And when the light hit just right, we went off-roading to chase those remote sunset shots and nailed it for the Bride and Groom. Absolutely incredible! This venue is unmatched and purpose-driven, with the clear intent to deliver an unforgettable experience for Brides, their families, the wedding party, and every guest—a complete winning recipe!
