The Oviatt: Los Angeles Wedding Venue

The Oviatt staff was fantastic and made our happily ever after event such a special moment for us. They worked with us on our bar menu and gave us a lot of freedom with making the space very intimate and personal. Being under the city lights of Los Angeles made this venue such a romantic tribute to the city that me and my wife fell in love in and grew up in. I'd recommend touring the venue before hand and pick a date that offers a lot of natural light. Thank you to the Oviatt for making an unforgettable night! If you're planning to have a small intimate wedding, love the vibe of DTLA and want a venue with character and values inclusivity, The Oviatt is literally the perfect choice. Bonus point for being super affordable. The Oviatt team made it really straightforward and easy for us from the jump. From the moment we inquired, Gabe got back to us really fast. He informed us immediately when another couple was interested on the date we were looking at and gave us ample time to lock it in. Lindsey and Cami were our main point of contact after signing the contract, they provide you a welcome kit with all the info you'll need (such as vendor insurance and how to acquire it, parking, rental they can provide, layout guidelines etc.) and a checklist along with their due dates for everything they'll need from you. They even have a preferred vendor list in the welcome kit which is going to help you LOADS in wedding planning. Going with one of their preferred caterers is highly recommended. Oh and their bar? 1000/10 delicious drinks. We still think about the espresso martini. seriously. The value for money is incredible considering everything you'll get and zero hidden fees! We're absolutely in love with this venue. It made our special day even more magical because of its natural charm and the Oviatt team was so lovely to work with. Not only did we fall in love with this place more, our guests did as well

We were so fortunate to find the Oviatt and book our wedding within 6 months. The entire staff, especially Lindsey and Gabe, were so kind and informative throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were just customers. They really handled our plans with care and an eagerness to make them happen for us, even when they were the first of their kind at The Oviatt. We definitely recommend them. And thank you to the bar for pouring me a shot before I walked down the aisle. We appreciated everyone at The Oviatt who helped make our day so special.

I shot a wedding here last month and have to say I was SO impressed. The venue itself is timeless and absolutely stunning, you could get lost in the details! And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of unique areas to take photos, which we definitely took full advantage of since my couple’s theme was Old Hollywood. Everything is in the same location too so you don’t have to worry about going up and down the elevator to get to all the spots. Definitely recommend for a unique vibe. Such a delightful experience and can’t wait to come back!

The Oviatt is an experience you will never forget! I hosted my "40 & Fab" birthday party there and the whole experience was seamless thanks to the Oviatt Team! Working in conjunction with XOXO Weddings as my event coordinator, everything was absolutely perfect! Gabe and Lindsey had a great planning portal to help keep everything organized and simple!
