My son had his wedding reception at this gorgeous venue. We also stayed at the hotel for a few days. I can’t say enough great things about the staff! Paul greeted us when we arrived and was pleasant and helpful. Rachel and the front desk staff are so accommodating. Steve and Eddie, the bartenders, were so friendly! And Ashley took incredible care of us during the reception. Thank you all for making this event so memorable!

We recently worked at The Switch House and were blown away by it's gorgeous aesthetic. It's a modern venue with so many great locations for photography. The staff, as with at all Cescaphe Venues, was extremely helpful and makes sure to help all the vendors create a seamless and fun experience for the bride and groom. You can't go wrong choosing this venue!

I'm the father of a recent bride here. From a physical location, food, and venue perspective, this is top notch. However, the management needs some reworking. Although I was not directly involved in the planning process, I repeatedly heard how some of the event planning people were less than attentive and didn't seem to listen. This, unfortunately came true when our guests were charged a cash bar at the post event. We had specifically stated, in writing, that we wanted to pay for this ourselves as I felt a cash bar, especially after the great event, was tacky. My close friends were the first to the bar, and one of my friends, as a gesture of being a great guy, picked up the tab for the bar. I didn't find out until days later, but I was mortified and angry. When I reached out to complain, I had to do so multiple times before getting a response. I said I wanted to pay for it, have them refund my friends's credit card, and requested that I pay Switch House's actual cost of the drinks as a gesture of goodwill. They declined to do anything other than provide a half-hearted apology. They claim they said in a phone call that a credit card would need to be on file either before or at the time of the event. While it's quite possible they said that in passing as part of the many conversations, there was no follow up to ensure our desire for an open bar was followed. Basically, because they probably mentioned it once in 6 months of planning, it was our fault and our problem. This is not how you run an event service. Honestly, had they offered something, anything, even $50, I would have felt heard and understood. It was not about the money - relatively speaking the bill was a drop in the bucket - it was the principle of the matter. Finding out multiple guests were asked to pay (as my friend apparently didn't tell the bartender until later that he was picking up the bill), really put a bad taste in my mouth. Things go wrong, and how management handles them is what distinguishes an excellent venue from a mediocre venue. While my issue was more personally embarrassing than one that affected the event, if this is how they handle problems, I'd be concerned about having an event there in the future. Obviously, this is all my opinion, but based on my experience.

Great Place! The room was so comfortable. You could stay and make your food if wanted. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was as well. I would recommend it.
