We were initially drawn to Bonnet Island because of the picturesque views, Jersey Shore atmosphere, and accommodations. But what truly sold us was the Merrimakers ownership. Everywhere we went, when we mentioned we were getting married at Bonnet, people would remark on the food being the best they’ve ever had! We can confirm, from cocktail hour through dessert, Merrimakers is second to none. You get total personalization of your menu and the team will guide you on what’s been successful from their experience. Both Andrea and Gianna were incredible event coordinators, agreeing to meet with us whenever we visited the venue. The day of staff was respectful, attentive, and professional to us, our party, our families, and all the guests. We never didn’t have a drink in our hand! We got to sample every piece of food. After staying overnight, every item displayed was neatly packed, labeled, and separated based on who had what. The process was seamless and stress free. We never had to worry about a thing! Merrimakers is regarded as one of the top choices in the wedding industry and it’s easy to see why. Thank you for making our day so memorable!

We had an amazing wedding at Bonnet Island Estate! The planning process with Mary was so effortless and she made us feel like we were the only event they we hosting. She answered any question at any hour and truly made it as stress-free as possible. The entire staff on the day of our wedding had a high level of attention to detail and made sure everything was as perfect as can be. The bridal attendants were very helpful and kind, they always had we needed from recovering lost rings, to having ice water while we were taking pictures in the sun. The catering from Merri-Makers was fantastic, they accommodated multiple dietary requests we had and we have been getting comments from guests months after our event talking about how fantastic the food at our wedding was! The venue itself is beautiful inside and out and we couldn't have asked for anything more. We highly recommend Bonnet Island Estate!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bonnet and the entire Merri-Makers team. From start to finish, they made the entire wedding planning process smooth and stress-free, and on the big day, everything ran perfectly. They never rushed us, ensured we had everything we needed, and created an experience that was beyond exceptional—truly a 10/10. The food was phenomenal, the service was impeccable, and the venue itself was breathtaking. We got married here a few weeks ago, and our guests are still reaching out to say it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. We wish we could relive this day all over again. Our daughter's wedding was absolutely flawless with the help of Mary, Nancy, Frank, Kelly, Brooke, Haley and the rest of the Bonnet Island team! My daughter gave them her vision and they went above and beyond to make it happen! From the moment we arrived on site, we felt pampered and special.
