Chateau Lacanaud: Exquisite French Wedding Venue

We had the most incredible experience celebrating our wedding at Château Lacanaud. When we first visited we knew it was special, but it was not until the wedding weekend unfolded that we truly appreciated just how magical this place is. One of the biggest highlights for us was the variety of beautiful spaces the château offers. It meant we could create different moods for each part of the day, the ceremony, the drinks, the dinner, the party, all in their own unique setting. It made the whole celebration feel free flowing and full of surprises. Our guests kept commenting on how stunning the venue was, but also how natural and relaxed everything felt despite the grandeur. That balance is rare, and Château Lacanaud pulls it off perfectly. We could not have asked for a more beautiful or more versatile place to host our wedding. Amazing venue for a wedding. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is also lovely. There is no A/C anywhere on site so I would keep that in mind when thinkong of booking in a hotter month. Everything else was perfect and smooth, was there for 3 days of events and everyone loved it.

We visited Château Lacanaud in July and were completely enchanted by the place. The setting is absolutely beautiful—peaceful fields, a quiet lake, and so much greenery all around. It feels really private and calm, like your own little world. The château itself is elegant without being over the top, and everything is so well looked after. What really stood out to us were Jonny and Liz. They’re not only the owners but also the heart of the place. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely excited to show us around. You can tell they’ve poured so much love and care into every part of the property. It’s clear they want each couple to have the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a beautiful, private, high-end place to get married in the South of France, Château Lacanaud is something special.
