Leonard’s Palazzo: Elegant Wedding Venue in Great Neck, NY

My sister had her wedding here at Leonard's just a couple of days ago and I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Joe Carbone and his staff. I was most definitely not the easiest person To work with when it came to planning this wedding for my sister but Joe Understood everything I was looking for to a T and made sure his team was fully prepared to deliver that and more. Peter, our maître D and all of our bridal attendants were so on top of everything, And made sure The bride and groom, and all our guests were taken care of The entire day. they were accommodating, understanding and so beyond helpful the entire time. They truly went above and beyond. The food was amazing and all of our guests were telling us how it was the best food they had Ever had at a wedding. The team was so great. I had nothing to worry about on the wedding day. We got to enjoy every moment. All of our guests had the most amazing time and couldn't stop telling us how beautiful it all was, and how great the staff was. Not to mention, the venue is absolutely stunning. Not a negative thing can be said about this venue and their staff. Will definitely be booking our next large event at leonard's.

The venue is really beautiful. We had a great time at the wedding but they don’t have any fun options or any entertainment for the kids so they feels so bored after spending few times there because they don’t allow them (kids)playing or running around there ☹️ Otherwise everything was good.

My husband and I got married at Leonard’s all thanks to the help of Jeff and his wonderful team. My parents live locally and viewed the venue on our behalf (we live 6 hours away) and from the moment they walked in they were met with warmth and beauty. When we finally visited for our tasting, they went above and beyond for us. My husband is a chef and loved the delicate details of the main course dishes. The day of our wedding went wonderfully, and without a hitch. The team worked tirelessly to ensure that my husband, myself and our guest were happy. Truly, it was a magical day and I’m so grateful for your team.

My goal for 2026 is to take the time and give a review when an event, experience or service is more than great. Marcello and the entire team at Leonard's Palazzo made my niece's sweet 16 this past Sunday absolutely perfect. For the dozen or so times I've been there for a party the coordinated effort was def on point, food was fresh, attentive staff, and genuine care for every detail. Even the espresso was better than most at these parties. They made my niece and everyone feel like royalty throughout the evening without ever making us feel rushed, valet was easy even if it was snowing. Highly recommend this venue.

Great venue as far as looks go. Everything inside and outside is very nice. I've been here 4 times in the past 4 months for different events and the food leaves a lot to be desired. If you're catering from an outside vendor, then I'd give 5 stars.
