Meridian Grand Wedding Venue London

From start to finish, our experience at Meridian Grand for my sisters wedding reception was truly unforgettable. Not only was the venue absolutely stunning, but the catering was also delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The care, warmth, and professionalism co-ordination shown by the entire team made us feel genuinely looked after every step of the way. The balcony appearance was also a nice touch. A heartfelt thank you to Adarsh, Nadia, and the whole team for making it such a beautiful and memorable experience.

A beautifully decorated venue with nice event spaces, but the facilities were not up to standard and the food quality was average, below good. A lovely setting overall, but improvements are needed.

I cannot recommend Meridian Grand Venue enough, especially after my brother’s wedding on 12/9. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely seamless, and so much of that is thanks to Nadia, our coordinator. She was extraordinary—always available to answer calls, guiding me with key questions that helped me make the right decisions for the day. Nadia is truly fab, and I honestly cannot imagine having anyone better by my side for such an important occasion. Right before the wedding, Nimra stepped in as the coordinator and was equally amazing. She went above and beyond, helping with the Iranian Nikkah table by personally ensuring the chef prepared cheese for it. She handled everything so professionally and thoughtfully. The service and in-house catering, led by Ruben/Rubel and their team, were outstanding. During the groom’s entrance, our immediate family was in front of the camera and missed the canapés—but this incredible team went out of their way to save some for us afterward! I’ve never seen this level of thoughtfulness at any other venue. The food itself was amazing, and I’m so glad we got the salt and pepper prawns—they were by far the best item on the canapés menu! The staff continuously offered food to our top table, and the rest of the tables were served exactly on time, just as we wanted. Truly, this was the best catering I’ve ever experienced. We are so glad we did not go with Spice Village—Meridian Grand Venue exceeded all expectations. Overall, this was the smoothest, most enjoyable wedding my family has ever attended. Everything went perfectly, and I cannot thank the team enough for making my brother’s big day so special. Meridian Grand Venue, and especially the incredible coordinators and catering team, went beyond all expectations—I wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again! Syed (Shahrukh)

I highly recommend Meridian Grand Venue, especially after attending many weddings and the Who’s Who event there. The setup was seamless, and much of that success is thanks to our incredible coordinator, Fahmina. Fahmina was truly exceptional. Watching her in action during the food service was impressive — she ensured every table was served promptly and that no one was missed. Everything ran smoothly because of her organisation and attention to detail. I also had the pleasure of getting to know Fahmina and learning more about booking Meridian Grand for future events.
