Millwick by Marvimon: Los Angeles Wedding Venue

We had our wedding here, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There were also many great partner vendors, which made everything so much easier. The large screen gave us so many possibilities—it was perfect for playing videos and photos throughout the event. It didn’t feel like a typical wedding venue; instead, it felt like getting married in a beautiful, natural garden. I think that’s what I loved the most about this place.

As a wedding photographer, I have photographed at many many venues in LA. Millwick stands out among the rest for its modern and unique decor, the seamless flow for guests, and the amazing staff that are super helpful and cool! It is such an amazing spot to get married at in the heart of the arts district! You are literally transported from the grimy streets of DTLA to a tropical, light-filled, super cool oasis. I highly recommend couples to this venue and I can't wait to shoot another wedding here soon :)

Millwick described their goal for our guest experience as "making it feel like each guest is receiving a warm hug from start to finish" and completely delivered on that goal. From initial inquiry through the wedding itself, the Marvimon/Millwick team knocked it out of the park. They were highly responsive to all of our various questions, were willing to meet or provide more information about the venue when we had some unique ideas, and helped the day of the wedding go off without a hitch. The Millwick space itself is a stunning oasis with some creative flair in the Arts District lending itself to many cool photos and an comfortable indoor/outdoor vibe for our guests. The Marvimon team had a host of resources and personalized recommendations to help us assemble our wedding vendor dream team during the planning process. I recently photographed a wedding here and it was stunning! The venue feels like a tropical oasis your guests can walk into and enjoy. All of the natural light flooding in is amazing. The space feels like the perfect combo of it's own thoughtful stylistic details but still gives space for you to bring in your own touches and design your wedding vision. We popped out to the arts district for photos nearby and having that option is great :)
