The Room on Main: Dallas Wedding Venue

The Room on Main was Simply Beautiful! The location and parking was so convenient. The venue itself was so charming and elegant! It had everything! The spaces for the bride and groom were perfect! The team and staff were so accommodating and friendly. It was the perfect venue for the beautiful celebration of Love!

We just had our wedding at the Room on Main and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the first meeting with Madison, to the tasting event, and all the meetings and communication in between, I have nothing but positive comments. Madison and her staff were helpful, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. The venue looked absolutely stunning for our evening reception! I would highly recommend looking at this venue if you are planning a wedding in Dallas.

My husband and I just got married on October 4, 2024 and held our reception at the Room On Main. From the moment we toured the venue a year ago we knew we wanted to have our reception in this room. It’s absolutely beautiful, historic, floor to ceiling windows, the views are insane, the lobby is beautiful and it just felt like The atmosphere we were wanting. We met with Madison, who would soon become the most important person during our process, and she made everything so clear and smooth. She caters to every single couple and truly listens to what they want. She remained calm and patient throughout the entire year of wedding planning and was always quick to respond, quick to give advice, did what was best for us, and cared about the work that she was putting in. We truly can’t put into words the amazing job and the amazing person that Madison is. She will always be in our hearts for what she did for us. As far as experience goes, it was super smooth, straight to the point, and clear. Just know going into this reception room that everything is an individual item and you can pick and choose what you would like to add to your event and what you would like to leave off the plate. I appreciated the clarity and the non-pushiness to add everything on the list. You are required to use CN catering at this venue which is totally okay because their food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They let you do a full event night during the planning process where you get to try their entire menu and there was not one item that my husband and I did not love!!!! All in all, I would use the Room On Main over and over and over again. I truly got the wedding night of my dreams and every single guest couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. We love the Room On Main and CN Catering and we are so grateful forever!

Absolutely gorgeous wedding reception venue! The staff was very communicative and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. We did a plated meal and the food was delicious and served quickly. We had many guests tell us it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding!

It is really very nice. If you plan to bring a singer, there's a wide space. Had good times. There is also a public park near. You pay $10 for 12 hours which is good deal. There is also a restaurant near if you feel hungry or need some coffee before the party starts. ❤️
