Vaux Studio: Philadelphia’s Premier Micro-Wedding Venue

Getting engaged right before COVID and waiting for restrictions to get lifted and trying to get our busy schedule to line up, we decided to elope at the last minute and Monica at the Vaux Studio made our dream come true! I contacted Monica about 3 weeks out and she was very accommodating and flexible for us! She basically took care of everything from champagne, decorations, flowers, timeline, music, and most importantly, officiating our wedding! She is such a sweet person who is so genuine. You could tell she was truly happy for us and celebrated with us! She even let us sneak in a first dance even though it wasn't part of our timeline. Our photographer (Connie Chen) captured the most beautiful photos at the venue. I already told my husband that I want to renew our vows at the Vaux studio! We highly recommend to anyone who wants to host any type of intimate gathering, especially elopements!

Monica and her team at Vaux are just the coolest and greatest people to work with. What she has at Vaux is a hidden gem and the perfect spot for a small family wedding. The ceremony space has a intimate boho feel and the pictures from the ceremony turned out amazing (shout out to Angela gasper photography). My favorite thing about Vaux is the second space where you can get ready. The bathroom is everything!! I can’t recommend Monica and Vaux enough! Perfect spot for someone that was thinking about a city hall wedding but also wanted a little more!

This place is incredible. Monica and her team made the planning process super easy and the wedding day was amazing. This is the best place in the city for intimate weddings - thank you again for everything!!

Vaux Studio is AMAZING, from the whole experience of touring, planning and the actual day! Meghan gave us a great tour, Monica guided us through the planning process and was available anytime we needed. We had about a 10 week timeline and Monica ensured we understood everything we needed. She cares for everyone’s experience and was so accommodative for us! On the day of, Monica, her brother and Chantelle went above and beyond to ensure our day was special - I can’t thank everyone enough!! My husband and I got ready together in the suite and Monica was so thoughtful to allow both our guests to be with us. Her and Chantelle steamed my dress, provided drinks/snacks for us, and helped in so many ways with day of coordination. Although things went off schedule and not as planned, she never made it feel like we were rushed and allowed us more time when we needed it. We could honestly go on and on but we highly recommend Vaux for an intimate wedding with an entire team who cares! We are still in awe with everything, and the place is even more beautiful in-person!!

Vaux is freakin’ amazing!! My husband and I had the best day ever!! The spiral staircase is so dreamy for pictures!! The staff is amazing!! The decor is beautiful!! We wanted to elope but didn’t want to just hit the courthouse - this was the most perfect place and was everything I could have dreamed of and more! We also used the bridal suite upstairs to get ready and loved it! Thank you Monica, Leigh, and Meghan for everything!!
