The W LOFT Wedding Venue Brooklyn

Absolutely stunning venue! We had our September 2025 wedding at The W Loft and it was a total hit. The view speaks for itself, so much so that you don't even need to worry about extravagant decor because of it. There are also so many gorgeous spots nearby to take photos, like the parks near the water, as well as hotels to stay at. The BK Venues team was very easy to work with and the process from start to finish was very smooth. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking to host a Brooklyn wedding!

We had our wedding here on October 30, 2022 in what ended up being a perfect fall day. The Space: Soaring views of the Manhattan skyline framed perfectly by a sunset ceremony. Like most, we had our ceremony outside and the did the dinner and dancing inside. We had 68 people total and they fit comfortably. It was neither cramped nor empty. The single bar in the back provided more than enough coverage given our guest size. Also the four restrooms were clean and plentiful given the size of the venue. The Team: Incredibly easy to work with, highly responsive, and not at all pretentious. They met all our needs, provided prompt responses, and were able to work with us on some last minute requests from our caterer re using extra equipment. Many vendors were familiar with both the space itself and the BK team, and we had no issues with set up or packing up. Pricing was fair, transparent, and there were no issues at any point. All in all, the W loft delivered exactly what we were looking for. A blank space in NYC, an easy to work with team, big windows / bright lights, and the ability to bring in vendors with many different types of flavors.

This is one of the most gorgeous venues in the city and was the perfect spot for our wedding! The booking process was extremely smooth and the whole BK Venue team was easy to work with. We were able to schedule multiple tours between when we signed and the day of the event to take photos, show vendors, and sketch out floor plans. BK Venues was extremely responsive to every question I had. On the day of the event, the venue let us in by 11am. One of the best parts about this venue is how customisable it is! We were able to fully create the day we wanted. All of our guests loved this venue as well. The patio had spectacular views of Manhattan, and inside the floor to ceiling windows showed views of the city as well. There are two small getting ready suites in the basement level that lock. We had a larger bridal party, so we got ready elsewhere but the rooms downstairs were perfect for us to put our personal belongings during the event! W Loft was the perfect backdrop for our wedding and I would recommend it to anyone looking to host an event!

The W Loft is one of our favorite rooftop venues we’ve photographed at. Our team had the chance to shoot a sunny fall wedding at the W Loft in September 2022, and the scenic waterfront views of the Manhattan skyline can’t be beat. The outdoor roof deck was the perfect location for our couple’s ceremony, while the interior section allowed guests to stay cozy and have fun in the fall evening during the reception.

I visited the W Loft mid-September 2022 for an Engagement Party. I’m unsure of public transportation or parking in the area as I took an Uber to this location. When I arrived to the location and entered the building, I noticed the lights in the lobby area. Near the elevator there is a small sitting area with chairs and a patterned wall which is great for pictures. The event I was attending was up on the 4th floor/roof top. Keep in mind I was attending an event so I’m sure anyone can design/set up this area as they please. Since the event was on the roof top there were plenty of photo opportunities with the Manhattan Skyline in the background. The restrooms are gender neutral meaning there are individual stalls and then a sink area. I really like this because there was never a wait as it is sometimes in the ladies’ room. There is a main bar area on the inside and one was also set up on the outside rooftop area. There was also a coat room although we didn’t need it. This isn’t a large if your guest count is over 100-120 people it may be a tight fit unless you’re willing to give up room for the dance floor. If you’re looking to have an event, check the place out for yourself. A few of the vendors used for this event were DJ Fragg and Barstars NYC.
