We had the pleasure of producing an Awards Ceremony for my client at Lavan Midtown this November and cannot be happier how things went. Just worked on Climate Week events here and the venue was really top notch. FIRST Let me rave about the Sales + Ops team: Grace and Michael were a super communicative team that supported us every step of the way. They had great recommendations for vendors/suppliers for our AV and furniture rentals and accommodated every catering need we had. Really felt well cared for with this team! Everyone was so kind and the venue itself looked amazing. The ability to transform the space with the wall designs really elevated out event (and made for easier load out - fewer decor to physically take down/carry out). Would definitely book this venue again!

Just a stunning space. The screens are a blank canvas built to wow attendees and all of the staff is wonderful to work with. This should be considered one of the marquis event spaces in NYC - it's truly unique and special. We held a conference for 200+ guests and everyone was amazed by the visuals and the way the space enhanced the content. If you're debating on where to host your next big event and WOW your guests, choose Lavan.

I truly believe Lavan Midtown is the most innovative event venue in Manhattan. From the day my team walked in and saw the expansiveness of the space and the ability to transform the room with the visual immersive experience, we jumped. We hosted a fundraiser with over 1,200 people. The 150 of projections screens allowed us to bring our 1,200 attendees on a visual and emotional journey. The entire Lavan team, from the ownership, to the visual AV team, to the event planners were super professional and helped us along the way. Our team is young, mostly in their 20s, so there was a lot of unknowns doing an event of this magnitude. Grace was AMAZING - she took every single call, meeting and idea with grace (no pun intended). She made the entire night possible. I am so thankful to the Lavan team - they made our dream come true and we raised $250,000. A class act and the best venue in NYC.
