We had the absolute privilege of getting married at Pleasantdale Chateau, and our day couldn’t have been more perfect. The venue is beautiful, but it’s the incredible service that truly sets this place apart. Leading up to our wedding, Fred and the Pleasantdale team answered every one of our emails and calls (of which there were many!) with patience and care. They accommodated our hair and makeup team with an early setup so our large bridal party could get ready on time without feeling rushed, and they worked seamlessly with our day-of coordinator. We had asked whether the monogram from our invitations could be incorporated into the ice sculpture, and they made it happen, which was such a wonderful surprise. They even saved the day by providing spare bowties when the tuxedo company mistakenly sent ties for the groomsmen. Throughout the entire day, the bridal attendants were incredible. They walked with me everywhere I went, holding my train and veil, making sure I ate, and anticipating my every need. At one point, a bridesmaid went missing just before our reception entrance, and the Pleasantdale team located her within minutes. I felt completely cared for and didn’t worry about a single thing all day. And it wasn’t just me! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how attentive and thoughtful the staff was. Pleasantdale Chateau was always our dream venue, and we are endlessly grateful for such an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. A heartfelt thank you to Fred, Santiago, Hilda, Shelly, Dawn, Bryant, Emily, and all the incredible people I’m surely forgetting in this moment.

We had our wedding at pleasantdale chateau and I can’t say we have a single complaint . The venue is over the top beautiful . The staff was incredibly attentive and had the whole event run smoothly without one hiccup . As I sat to get my hair and makeup done my assigned staff member came to check on me numerous times encouraged me to eat and drink and even helped me get my gown on . All of our belongings where taken from room to room by staff we honestly only had to focus on having a good time, that is priceless! The food from cocktails hour to dessert was top tier the food came out nice and hot and was extremely tasty . The honeymoon sweet was huge and made us feel like royalty . All in all between the beautiful grounds , the attentive staff , the valet parking , and amazing food I would highly recommend having any party here !

I dreamed of having my wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau since I was a young girl, and on March 14, 2025, that dream unfolded into the most beautiful masterpiece imaginable.
