New York Botanical Gardens Wedding Venue

This was my first time shooting a wedding at the New York Botanical Garden, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff and team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from start to finish. The atmosphere was breathtaking — from the lush surroundings to the beautifully curated decor. We had the pleasure of working alongside Mala Events, who were an absolute dream to collaborate with. Their attention to detail and planning made the day seamless. The food was delicious, the energy was vibrant, and every corner of this venue offered a stunning backdrop for photos. I can’t wait to be back to capture another wedding here — it’s a gem in New York! 🌿✨

We had the chance of capturing one of our couples weddings at the New York Botanical Garden for the first time, and it was truly a breathtaking location. The lush gardens provided an incredible backdrop for both portraits and the ceremony. The staff was professional and helpful, making the day run smoothly. We're looking forward to the opportunity to work here again.

The gardens aren't that big but there were a lot of interesting areas, plants and herbs. It took about an hour for us to see everything, and we even saw the end of a wedding ceremony. It's a nice quiet place to come for a leisure stroll, and sit among the foliage.

We went on a Tuesday in May. It was not too crowded. The garden is huge, and for us, we could not visit every part of it; we were there for roughly five hours, including about a total of thirty minutes of break/lunch time. We enjoyed learning about and appreciating the many different kinds of flowers, trees, and other plants. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would like to visit again when the Sakura trees are in full bloom.

So amazing place to visit all year around!! Every season is different and amazing!!
