Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe Weddings

We had our wedding here on October 23rd, 2025. It was beautiful and the Epic team made the day as easy as possible. Our coordinator Drew was awesome - he gave us some great ideas to improve the event during our meetings and helped minimize our stress day-of. It went off without a hitch, and we couldn't be happier. The venue itself is also beautiful which a number of our guests commented on.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to give myself sometime to process the whole day before posting it for all to see. First, I want to say that the services included when booking with this venue makes your life so much easier- especially if you are not looking to plan every single detail of your wedding. The venue itself is very simple but when "dressed up" is super cute and provided the perfect amount of space for our ~130 guest wedding. Our coordinator Drew was very easy to work with and great with communication. He brought the vision to life and was the real MVP on the night of our wedding from making sure all deliveries were handled correctly and making sure the event was on schedule (as much as it possibly could have). The EPIC photography team was also wonderful- we've reviewed a sneak peak of our photos and we are so excited to see the rest. The photography team was prompt and efficient- they made sure to accommodate all the important moments that we wanted captured. The missing star was due to us not being too happy with our DJ for that night. We think having a DJ who could vibe out the crowd and making sure the music continuously plays is important to ensuring a great time. Unfortunately, he did not deliver on that and simply played songs- did not really engage the crowd too much and just really disappointed us. All in all, this venue was everything we could have wanted- simple, inclusive of things we needed to plan a wedding, and the communicative EPIC staff made it all the better.

As Salt & Sol Studios, we love shooting at The Secret Garden in Rancho Santa Fe. It’s stunning, romantic, and the perfect backdrop for unforgettable photos and film. Working with Laura is always a highlight — she’s warm, organized, and incredibly easy to collaborate with. We adore her and can’t wait to be back!

My husband and I could not have imagined a better wedding experience and we are so grateful we chose to have our special day at the beautiful Secret Garden! We got married on December 14, 2024 and it was the most beautiful day we could have imagined! We booked the venue over a year in advance and throughout the entire planning process, the entire team was so available and responsive. As the day approached, we met with our day-of coordination Laura and she was truly amazing!! She helped me create the day of my dreams and was very prompt in responding to any of our concerns. She helped bring our vision to life and I am so grateful!! The very inclusive experience at The Secret Garden was also so helpful. We ended up going through our own food vendor for BBQ for dinner, but everything else was seamless and really helped ease the wedding planning stress. The photography and videography team was so amazing and captured our day so beautifully. I still cry tears of joy looking at our pictures and videos from the special day! :') The DJ services provided were also amazing and we couldn't have been happier with DJ Jason Lyons! Overall, we could not be happier with our experience at The Secret Garden. It was worth every penny to marry my best friend at such a beautiful place surrounded by everyone we love!! :)

A beautiful wedding venue with outdoor reception area and indoor dining area. The gazebo is great for live performances and there was plenty of place for dancing. There’s street parking. The tableware is great I’m not sure if that was part of the wedding package.
