Sugar Grove Estate: Your Dream Wedding Venue

We got married at The Sugar Barn 10.12.2025 and had the most perfect day! The venue is gorgeous, the provide a day of coordinator (we had Crystal) and she made sure everything was on time and ran smoothly. They brought us appetizers and drinks throughout the day so we were never missing out even while taking photos. The communication was good. The venue itself is stunning, I had so many guests come up to me and just tell me how beautiful everything was. The food was yummy and got a lot of compliments. We did the dancing on the cloud dry ice which our guests also loved and we thought was a fun touch. Overall I highly recommend and am thankful to have this day to remember forever.

We got married at the Sugar Barn on 11.08.25. I’d like to start with this was the first and only wedding venue we looked at. Truly that was how easy of a decision it was once we met Bill and his team and saw the venue. If you’re looking for a venue that can do high-end rustic this is the place for you. The ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous with the Live Oaks and spanish moss and then the actual barn itself is an awesome space that was thoughtfully created with every aspect of a wedding in mind. One of the biggest sells for me as a bride who only moved to FL two years ago was that they have a list of preferred vendors that are all fantatic. It made decision making on the million details SUPER easy. The food that is done in house is AMAZING, we had multiple guests going back for 2nds and 3rds with many people being sure to tell us they couldn’t believe how good everything was especially for a wedding. Enough good things can not be said about all of the staff involved including Gracie and Kelsey who I’m pretty sure could rule the world if given enough time and resources. When it came to the day of, it was stress free, everything was taken care of by Bill and the Sugar Barn staff so all my husband and I had to do was sit back and enjoy. From booking, to tastings, to day of, Bill and his team (specifically Gracie and Kelsey in our case) were absolutely incredible. My cousin was the bride and I was MOH and I never thought a venue could be as easy to work with as the Sugar Barn was. The venue itself is stunning and they are prepared for pretty much anything, which we discussed at the tasting where quite literally everything was delicious (Bill tells you about their chef’s background, but long story short — the food is amazing). Then come the weekend of the wedding with travel craziness and morning of hiccups, Kelsey and Gracie tag teamed perfecting a new seating chart and a bunch of other things with little no issues finding their way to the bride before being handled which was my job and they made it so easy. Not only are they fantastic at what they do, they were a pleasure to enjoy the night with. Kelsey is a hoot and a half that knows how to keep a rowdy bunch on schedule while making sure we have the best possible time. Bill remembers all the little things when it comes to his couples and is truly a man that loves to see lifelong journeys start at the sugar barn and you can tell he takes pride in being a part of so many love stories. Could not recommend this venue more as this will be the family wedding that gets talked about for years to come about how awesome it was.

8.21.25 was absolutely amazing. Absolute best day of our lives. Bill and Gracie are absolutely incredible people. They both made sure our special day was just that. Our guests were blown away by the location and venue. Many compliments from our guests on the professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the venue, scenery of the ceremony site and venue grounds. The chef! Amazing. We had the Prime Rib and Chicken Alfredo with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes, salad, and bread. The food was absolutely amazing, our guests raved about the food. I am so glad we used this venue for our special day. I’m also glad this location does other events allowing us to revisit on occasion. Such an amazing team. Highly recommend ❤️

5.31.25 will always be remembered as the wedding of our dreams! 5 stars is an absolute understatement! I could honestly go on for hours about the service and support that we received from Bill and our girl Gracie! They helped coordinate the greatest night of our lives and a memorable party for all of our guests. The venue, absolutely stunning! The preferred vendors, Crown is the absolute greatest dream of a team we could have ever worked with. The food, people are still talking about the Mac and cheese a week later. If you’re looking at this venue you have no need to continue, you’ll just try comparing everywhere else to the Sugar Barn and why compare when you can have the best? Cheers to you guys!
