Venue Logic: Premier Chicago Wedding & Event Space

The Venue Logic team really knocked it out of the park!! We were blown away by how wonderful this team was to work with leading up to the wedding and, of course, on wedding day! Everything drink was made with care and the service was second to none. So grateful to have worked with this team on our wedding day! Thank you, Venue Logic 🫶🏼

We had our October 2023 wedding at Rockwell on the River and it was our dream venue! Rockwell was one of the first places we toured after first getting engaged and we were immediately in love. The warmth and rustic feel of the bricks, hardwood floors and wood beams really spoke to us and the location on the river was an added bonus. It seems massive when first looking at the entire place undecorated, but the Venue Logic team do a really nice job of helping couples create a plan on how they’d like to utilize the space and create an event flow. My husband and I did multiple walk-through meetings with a member of the Venue Logic team and our planner in the lead up to our wedding to get a feel for how our plans (and weather backup plans) would look. Our initial guest count was 150 but ended up with about 135 and it didn’t feel empty at all. In the end it felt like we used every bit of the venue while still feeling cozy – and guests told us it was the best wedding they’d been to in terms of use of space and the flow. The Venue Logic team was super communicative, professional, and easy to work with. They also worked seamlessly with our other wedding vendors. We also worked with their in-house bar service to create a custom cocktail which was super easy as they were accommodating to all of our last-minute bar package changes. Their pricing was also transparent from the beginning which we really appreciated. Of note, they do have a list of preferred vendors for catering and floral/decor/design that they suggest you use. We found it helpful to have a narrowed down list of choices to go through at the beginning of wedding planning – especially when sometimes it felt overwhelming with how many vendor choices there are in Chicago – but realize that might be a deal breaker for some people.

We loved working with Venue Logic for our wedding at the Bridgeport Art Center! From the tour with Claire to all the help from Eleanor in the final steps, the team was so helpful. We felt taken care of during the process and they helped make recommendations as they know the venue best and what works well in it. The drinks and bartending team were also great during the day of the wedding.

We had an amazing experience with the whole VenueLogic/Bridgeport Art Center team. Kate, Tania, and Marcello were each very helpful and easy to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. Besides that, the space is beautiful! Our guests raved about view, aesthetic, and overall look of the Skyline Loft. Can't recommend them enough!

Working at ANY of the Venue Logic event spaces as photographers it’s a delight not only because of the endless photo opportunities but because of their curated service and experience they offer to their clients and vendors. The Sculpture Garden, the welcome cocktail in the freight elevator, the downtown view from the Skyline Loft, the red carpet to welcome guests, the high/rustic ceilings and open spaces at Rockwell on the River, just to name a few, make these locations unique and perfect for any type of event. One of the first things that each of our couples mention when we are planning the wedding day is their venue and how they envision each moment throughout the day (ceremony, reception and even the send off). As photographers we want to create something unique and bring those visions to life and when we work at any of their three spaces (haven’t been to their 4th one yet) we can achieve that and more because depending on the season, wedding size or style, Venue Logic’s spaces can be transformed into anyone's dream ;) We absolutely love working with their staff and can’t recommend them enough!!!
