Loft on Lake Wedding Venue Chicago

Had the most incredible wedding day ever thanks to Jill at Loft on Lake! She was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and over all SO easy to work with. We even received feedback from our vendors that they’re one of the most responsive venues they’ve worked with. I could not recommend them more! 12/10

We could not be happier with our choice of Loft on Lake for our wedding/reception venue. The space is both beautiful (especially the skylight!) and accessible, the location is convenient, and Jill was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend using Jill’s day-of coordination services if you have an event at Loft on Lake because she made the experience extremely smooth and had worked with several of the vendors before.

Jill was an absolute superstar and the secret ingredient that made our Loft on Lake wedding run flawlessly. From the moment we met her, she was calm, confident, and on it. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she took all of our scattered details, emails, and ideas and turned them into a clear, thoughtful timeline that made sense for us, our vendors, and our venue. She caught things we never would’ve thought about, checked in on every detail, and made us feel like we were in expert hands. On the day of the wedding, Jill was everywhere without ever being in the way. She coordinated vendors, managed setup, styled our décor beautifully, handled questions before they ever got to us, and kept everything running perfectly on time—without it ever feeling rigid or rushed. If there were any hiccups behind the scenes, we still have no idea, because she handled everything with such grace and professionalism. Most importantly, she gave us the gift every couple hopes for: we got to be fully present. We weren’t worrying about logistics, cues, or details—we were just enjoying our ceremony, our families, our friends, and the party, because we knew Jill had it all taken care of. If you’re getting married at Loft on Lake, do yourself a favor and work with Jill. She is organized, thoughtful, unshakably calm, and genuinely cares about making your day feel seamless and special. We’re so grateful for her and cannot recommend her highly enough!

We hosted our wedding at Loft on Lake in August 2021 and it was the best! We had 120 people and thought it was the perfect size - it felt intimate but not too small. We were worried about the cocktail hour space being too small but it ended up working out just fine. The venue is the perfect blank slate to decorate how you want without needing to do much. Its laid out perfectly for caterers and vendors to get in and set up and really nice to have bathrooms in the front and back of the space. The location is also ideal being close to all of the action in West Loop but far enough away to still get parking. Plus I think all of our guests hit the McDonalds afterwards ;) The BEST part of the venue was working with Jill. She has such a calming personality and just gets it. She went the extra mile in every single way and added so many little thoughts and details - she even signed our guest book and took some photos of our dance floor

We held a 60 person wedding here just yesterday and it was so amazing. Jill was an amazing help from start to finish throughout this whole process. The venue itself is gorgeous and we didn’t need to bring a lot of decor due to just how beautiful the space is already. Jill was additionally there throughout the wedding day as well to make sure everything was running smoothly and even fixed the train on my wedding dress (without me even having to ask) as I was walking out for the ceremony! Overall, an amazing experience and we would recommend this venue to anyone who would ask!
