We absolutely love Villa Woodbine! We have worked there as wedding content creators and we always have the best time. The staff is always incredibly professional, helpful and kind! The days runs smoothly & the content we capture is always magical! We can’t wait to be back at this venue soon. You can never go wrong with villa woodbine or the Bill Hansen brand!

A day to remember!!! Found Villa Woodbine via the Knot and TikTok and I fell in love instantly! We went to tour right away and Genevieve was the event manager that gave us the best tour and we knew this place was the one! We book two years in advance and they were already selling out for 2025 back then, which was insane! So we knew we had to act fast and we were so grateful we did! They were attentive, answered all of our questions (sometimes I had way too much haha) and helped make our vision into a reality! There were some hiccups along the way in terms of miscommunication with a new coordinator that just started but it was quickly resolved before the wedding and I was truly grateful! Being a type A bride sure made it difficult haha but they are all very professional and handle it with grace. The food itself was to die for and the overall staff the day off were so kind not only to my husband and I but to all of our guests. Our family and friends still talk about our wedding! Overall it’s an amazing venue, with amazing food, workers, and event managers! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their event or wedding here!

Our wedding at Villa Woodbine was better than perfect. We started our journey with Gen, Eva, and team a little over a year ago and the process has been beyond smooth. The team brought a level of professionalism and communication that was much appreciated, from planned check-ins to taking our random calls for questions we had along the way. The team does a great job ensuring that they can provide you with the vendors and catering that will make your night perfect. The food and drinks were beyond delicious and the best I have had of any venue. The staff at the venue were beyond attentive and professional, making our night stress-free and beautiful. If you want a venue that not only gives you a feeling of being in a secret gorgeous hideaway, but also with staff that will ensure your night is fantastic, pick Villa Woodbine.

About six months after our wedding, and I’m finally leaving a review! I first discovered the Villa on Instagram and instantly fell in love. At the time, my then-fiancé (now husband) and I weren’t planning on having a wedding—we were just going to go to the courthouse and call it a day. But I couldn’t get the Villa out of my mind and convinced him to check it out with me. I’m so glad I did. The moment I stepped onto the property, I could see myself getting married there, and my vision came to life. On September 15, 2024, we had the wedding of our dreams. Sandra Perez and Casey-Lynn Bird were an absolute dream to work with, especially Sandra, who was incredibly patient and resourceful throughout the entire process. The Bill Hansen Catering team also went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. To this day, our family and friends are still raving about the Villa, the food, and—thankfully—that open bar! The service exceeded all expectations, and I’m proud to say I got to live out my Versailles-inspired wedding dreams right in our beautiful hometown of Miami. Villa woodbine! Wow!! What a perfect venue for a perfect day! We had a beautiful wedding for our daughter this weekend 12/28/2024 Family from all over the world came to coconut groves villa woodbine. We changed it a little and had the wedding party came from the beautiful oak trees and bride and groom was able to look at them when ceremony started. The grounds was stunning and beautiful, and as evening rolled on, became more beautiful, The staff are amazing, big thanks to Jay , who helped from day before to wedding day,from 6am ! Now a special and thank you filled with the love of us all to Gypsy, This beautiful lady is phenomenal!! She worked with us for months and never lost love or enthusiasm for the day. You are an incredible and beautiful person. All though enough tears weren’t shed in the day , with your tears added when we all hugged you with heartfelt thanks.
