Gruene Estate Event Venue

My husband and I really loved Gruene Estate. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw photos of it and then when we went to tour the venue, we fell even more in love! Melinde showed us around and was so kind and sweet and had an answer for every one of our questions. We felt nothing but kindness, love and support from this venue. All of our wedding guests raved about the venue as well and loved getting to take photos with the longhorns. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect.

An open-air chapel? Are you kidding me? This place is STUNNING if you love the hill country and you want an outdoor celebration. Your guests will love it and there are so many great spots for photos. Highly recommend. Definitely a hidden gem.

As a photographer, I am always excited to work at Gruene Estates. It is a lovely venue with such character and pretty details. The bridal suite has great natural light and beautiful vintage style furnishings. The chapel's stained glass and gorgeous doors create a setting that needs little decor and the reception pavilion is such a nice open space. I can’t say enough good things about the venue itself or the lovely people who work there that we had the pleasure to get to know, especially Melinde. Gruene estates went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had a beautiful wedding. We had an unexpected pregnancy and moved up our wedding 7 months!! They worked with us to make it happen and were kind and sweet along the way. We got to work with Carey Millington as our Day of Coordinator and she was wonderful! She was on top of everything and lovely to talk to. Thank you Melinde and everyone at Gruene estates! We had the best day of our lives and many of our guests expressed that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. We had a blast dancing, seeing the long horn and horses, and having the absolute most beautiful ceremony ever in the lovely chapel. The fire pit was a huge hit with s’mores! Everything was idyllic and pristine. It was all we could have asked for. Absolute perfection!! If you can get married here, DO IT!!!
