Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra Tied the Knot In A Lavish Celebration

On Tuesday, actors Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra tied the knot, and soon after, the couple published the first photographs from their wedding on social media. Now, it is anticipated that the newlywed couple will make an appearance in front of the media on Wednesday before they go to Delhi, which is Sidharth Malhotra’s place of origin.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani got hitched in a grand celebration in the Suryagarh Palace, which is located in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. In addition to their families, several close friends from the entertainment world were in attendance, including Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Rohit Shetty, Karan Johar, Isha Ambani, Anand Piramal, Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput, amongst others.

The bride and groom, along with their respective families, checked into the five-star hotel “gateway to the Thar Desert” on Saturday in order to get the wedding festivities, which include mehendi, sangeet, and haldi.

The couple took pheras in the presence of only extremely close family members and friends. According to reports, a wedding band from New Delhi made their way to the location, and the groom rode a customary white horse into the ceremony.

Sidharth and Kiara have always remained tight-lipped about their upcoming wedding, but Kiara’s family has gone ahead and spoken out, saying that they are “eager” for the stars to get married.

Both Sidharth and Kiara took to their Instagram handles to share the pictures of their wedding.

They shared three cute images, one of which showed Sidharth giving his bride a kiss for the first time. The wedded couple chose a caption that is a blockbuster, which they took from

Shershaah, the 2021 film in which they both co-starred and which is where it all started. The same information was posted on Sidharth’s social media handle as well.

The caption said, “Ab humari permanent booking ho gayi hai” (which translates to “now we are permanently booked”), and continued on to say, “We ask your blessings and love on our road ahead.”

Kiara and Sidharth both wore light-colored wedding attire in the photographs. She wore a light pink lehenga, while Sidharth donned a cream-colored sherwani.

Their Wikipedia accounts were updated to reflect that they were married an hour after the arrival of Sidharth’s royal baraat at the location of the event.

The two started dating a few years ago, but they never let anyone to find out about their relationship until their wedding on Tuesday. Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra started working together on the 2021 film Shershaah. In the film, Sidharth played the role of Kargil hero Captain Vikram Batra, and Kiara played the role of his love interest Dimple Cheema.

Despite the fact that they were frequently seen traveling on vacation and to parties together, Sidharth and Kiara never disclosed their romantic involvement to the public during the entirety of their relationship.

Karan Johar is a role model for both the bride and the groom because he directed Kiara in Lust Stories and was responsible for the debut of Sidharth in the film Student of the Year in 2012.

Both Kiara and Sidharth are all set for their upcoming movies. Kiara will next be seen in Govinda Naam Mera alongside Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar. She will then appear in Satyaprem

Ki Katha opposite Kartik Aaryan, and she will also star in a Telugu film alongside Ram Charan.

While Sidharth’s newest movie, Mission Majnu, was just released a month ago, and he will be featured in Yodha after that.

Kiara had reminisced about their first encounter on the episode of Koffee with Karan that she had participated in the previous year. “Sid and I knew each other before we were cast together in Shershaah, which is kind of funny when you think about it. We had our first conversation at the after-party for Lust Stories, which he had gatecrashed. We happened to cross paths.”
