The Springs Weddings & Events – Tuscany Hill

My daughter got married here 8.23.25 and everything was amazing!! The food is great also! The coordinators we had were Megan & Amanda. They were both amazing and very sweet. We used the DJ from the venue and they were great!! Would highly recommend this venue! It was absolutely gorgeous!

My fiancé and I booked the springs event in June 2025 for a October 2026 wedding. Due to some unforeseen family circumstances, In September 2025 we communicated to them that we would like to just book the venue and not vendors for a smaller event so that the payments we made which were $3000+ don't go down the drain and it was more-than A YEAR notice. They didn't accept that because it's not part of their policy. Their solution for us was either to cancel with no refund or change the date to still be able to make the monthly payments (they said to look into wedding insurance too but thats not fusible because we already told them our plans to cancel) We totally understand company and their policies but thought with the timeline they could've been a little more accommodating and humane to our situation, we asked for a partial refund and they didn't accept that either. From the moment we communicated to them our situation, whenever I called them, the phone was not answered and sent to voicemail. We communicated via text and emaill. We finally gave up and just decided to cancel with no refund. We didn't use any service, we didn't book any vendors , our wedding date was more-than a year later. Personally we think they could've done better and treated the situation with a little compassion.

If i could give 0 stars, i definitely would. customer service was terrible. not accommodating at all. they also make transactions without any prior notice. Sure i’ll give it to them the place is nice, but if your going to be a high-end venue and charge a crazy amount, customer service gotta be on top. ignoring and not picking up calls when your renters need help is very unprofessional. The Venue lights outside weren’t on for the couple to walk out, it was pitch black. long story short, this venue isn’t worth your time and money so i definitely recommend you choosing somewhere else!

Highly recommend - I had the most LOVELY and stress-free experience. Sky was our day-of coordinator, and she was just a joy and so helpful!! 10/10!
